No Xmas Break In Air Dates For UK Neighbours26th November 2005Christmas generally sees a break in the airing of Neighbours, both in the United Kingdom and Australia. In the U.K Neighbours is normally pushed out of schedules other programs and films and in Australia the season finale of Neighbours leaves fans on the edge of their seats for a few weeks until the next season begins. This year things look to change, at least in the U.K. The U.K is normally several weeks behind their Australian counterparts and this gap changes constantly as Neighbours episodes are pushed back for sporting events like Wimbledon. The gap will be allowed to decrease a bit as the BBC decide to air Neighbours throughout the Christmas break, with the show only being taken off air on Monday December 26th and Monday 2nd January according to reports. Australian viewers will be able to see the season finale at the beginning of the Summer break on December 16th. |
